This is a good heavily used single lane ramp, about 16' wide, with a slope of about 6 1/2 °. There is a dock to tie off to, and about 20 parking places for vehicles and trailers. There are no facilities. It used to be an old steamboat landing, and the community of Cairo almost became the county seat of Sumner County, Tennessee. Take Hwy 25 out of Gallatin going towards Hartsville, and turn right on Cairo Road. Follow it all the way to the end, which is at the river ramp.
