This ramp is a good one, but it drops off into deep water very fast. This is a main ramp to reach the excellent fishing area of the TVA coal-fired Steam Plant outflow at Gallatin, TN. There are no facilities and no dock. There is room for about 10 vehicle/trailer rigs to park. To reach it from the town square at Lebanon, TN, take U.S. Hwy 231 North about 6/10ths of a mile. Turn left on Coles Ferry Pike, and go about 8.1 miles and take the right fork of the road where Academy Road intersects it on the left. Go another 1.6 miles, bearing left, and the road ends at the ramp.

The main attraction of this ramp is that it is the closest one to the TVA Steamplant outflow area, which boasts extremely good fishing, especially for huge Rockfish in the winter months.
