Old Hickory Lake, Cumberland River

Cages Bend Campground ramp, Cumberland river mi 234.4R

Cages Bend Campground, mile 234.4R
This is a very good single lane ramp, with about 16 vehicle/trailer rig parking places, and many more for vehicles only. It has a slope of about 9 °, and an 8' by 16' dock. There are no restrooms. It is on the main river channel, about 5 miles downstream from the Gallatin Hwy 109 river bridge. From Gallatin, Tn going towards Nashville, go about 5.3 miles from the square on U.S. Hwy 31E (Nashville Pike) and turn left on Cages Bend Road. Go about 3 miles and turn left at the Cages Bend Campground sign. Go all the way to the end, past the campground, and the ramp is on your right.
