Landings are both points of departure and destinations for goods and passengers on our waterways. Most have been abandoned now, but are still points of local history for every river town. Most of these listings were taken from the USGS Geographical Names Information System, If the word "Landing" was found in the "Locale" classification, it will be listed here.
